Herbs from The Orient Hamper

IDEAL FOR HOT & ICE TEA

SPECIAL ICE TEA RECIPES INSIDE THE HAMPER:

I-   Blue Earl Grey
II-  Blue Phoenix
III- Blooming Tea Jasmine and silver needle
IV-  Mount Lebanon

RECIPE INGREDIENTS

2 tablespoon of your preferred Blue House tea
2 tbsp coconut sugar or brown sugar or honey per taste
Fresh mint springs or Jasmine flower for garnish
20grams Peeled almonds for garnish

PREPARATION

Add all the ingredients into a large heatproof jug or pitcher. Pour over 1 liter of boiled water and leave it to steep for 20 mins. Stir well, then filter and allow to cool to room temperature before transferring to the fridge to chill. Serve with crushed ice and fresh mint or jasmine flowers and almonds depending on preference.
