The Blue House tea is a rare and organic loose tea. I think that a good product should be unleashed, it’s only packed in the Blue House packages. The leaves are of major importance, I try to always target first picked tea, picked between March and April, when the tea comes to grow rather than the monsoon season which starts beginning of June. The tea in the spring season is the most flowery and tasteful because it’s catching perfumes from spring. It reflects what I want in a brand, supreme elegance and a gastronomic fine product.
